Station Park - Intermountain Plantings

This premium 62-acre mixed-use lifestyle center serves the Davis County community with its Foundation Square, containing an event lawn, outdoor fireplace, shaded patios, bronze sculptures, woodland children’s play area, and show fountain designed and built by Outside the Lines (producers of The Bellagio fountains). Upon completion, Station Park will include more than 1.2 million square feet that includes Class A offices, restaurants, retail stores, service providers, and a 14-screen theatre.

Landscape installation included 20 miles of drip irrigation, two miles of boxwood hedge, and large caliper trees (some with root balls exceeding 100” in diameter, 10 – 14” caliper trunks, and weighing 15,000 lbs). Intermountain Plantings worked with the project ownership and builders to successfully complete the landscape phases of the project while meeting challenging schedules and deadlines.
