St. Regis Deer Valley Luxury Resort & Residences

The St. Regis Deer Valley Luxury Resort & Residences comprises a lower welcoming lodge and guest parking. Residents are transported to the main lodge at the top of the mountain by a luxury, dual-car funicular rail tram. St. Regis Deer Valley features 26 private residences, 67 condominium hotel suites, and 200 rooms. The ski-in, ski-out luxury hotel also includes a gourmet restaurant, a martini bar, and an après ski lounge.

The mountainous setting posed various challenges for the landscape installation. Intermountain Plantings’ crews used jack hammers to create enough root zone for tree installations, and cranes for topsoil and planting due to limited machine access. We installed large trees throughout the project, including 20-22’ evergreens and 4-5’ caliber deciduous trees. Intermountain Plantings successfully worked with the contractor to complete the project during the summer construction season in time for the scheduled fall grand opening.
