Intermountain Plantings, a leading commercial landscape construction company, is looking for qualified applicants for a Site Manager who will manage field operations for our landscape construction projects. This is a full-time, year-round salaried position with health and dental benefits.

Essential duties and responsibilities for Site Manager:

Work independently to achieve site construction goals and objectives
Read and understand plans, assess resources and needs, identify next steps and manage on-site operations with limited direction from project managers.
Demonstrate leadership and professionality to crews and colleagues
Ability to effectively multi-task
Manage a crew of 5-10 people, often in geographically divided situations
Constructively resolve modest conflicts, establish unified working environment
Answer customer questions and resolve concerns
Manage sub-contractors, suppliers, schedules and labor budgets.
Document work and ensure that the job is safe and company policies are followed
Desired skills and experience:

3-5 years in a management role, commercial landscape and irrigation installation
Ability to read plans, familiarity with contract language and project specifications
Computer literacy, strong written communicator
Knowledgeable in irrigation design principles. Certification in any Irrigation Association certification program is preferred but not required.
Clean driving record. CDL preferred but not required.
Proficiency in all aspects of landscape construction
Familiarity with basic financial statements, HR law and best practices.

Compensation:

$40k-50k+/yr, plus bonus potential
