Intermountain Plantings, a leading commercial landscape construction company, is looking for qualified applicants for a Business Developer who will aggressively grow our Landscape Maintenance Division in the Salt Lake valley and surrounding region.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Develop sales leads, cultivate relationships, and close deals
Lead strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
Build, maintain, and utilize a robust CRM system for organized sales and growth
Gain and maintain subject matter expertise in the landscape maintenance field
Commitment to continuous prospecting with a sense of urgency
Identify unmet needs in potential clients and develop client-centric solutions
Build business using both geographic (density building) and strategic approaches
In conjunction with Intermountain Plantings leadership team, set and meet specific growth goals and objectives
Desired skills and experience:

Extensive B2B selling experience, mid to senior levels
Experience and familiarity with the landscape maintenance industry
Comfortable in direct sales, goals-driven environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Substantial experience with CRM platforms
Proven track record of success in extended sales cycle environment
Ability to thrive in independent sales role
